  • In the 2004 draft Eli Manning went first overall to the Chargers. While this may seem like a dream to most, it was not for Eli. He has openly stated that he didn’t want to go to the Chargers. The Chargers ignored this but then decided to trade Eli’s draft rights to the Giants in exchange for Philip Rivers draft rights. Both had Hall of Fame Careers, but Eli has the advantage in the ring department. But what if Eli was never opposed to going to the Chargers? Would the Chargers finally win a ring or two?
