    Rob Sarver is a former Navy SEAL. Assigned to SEAL Team 3, he completed seven deployments during his service. Rob's awards and decorations include the Bronze Star Medal with a combat "V" device and oak leaf cluster and the Combat Action Ribbon with a gold star device. Rob is the Co-Founder of Servius Group and serves as the Co-CEO and Co-Founder of The Heroes Journey.

    Alex Gendzier is a partner at a top law firm, where he is involved in veteran’s affairs. At his prior firm, he acted as a senior advisor to the VALOR Group, which provides pro bono legal services to veterans and their families, and where he lead his law firms’ efforts to assist Afghan allies and friends.
