In this episode, I'm speaking from the heart! Sharing my first journal entry on my sobriety journey and diving into the person I want to be while asking you that same question! And of course, I have a correction to make. Today I am 163* days sober. Math was never my strong suit. ;)

Sparkling Sober Sangria
Ingredients:
- 1 cup pomegranate juice (for that deep, bold flavor and color)
- 1 cup sparkling water or soda (try a citrus flavor for extra zing)
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup cranberry juice
- A handful of fresh mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- Sliced citrus fruit (orange and lemon slices work great)
- A few fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
- Ice cubes
Instructions:
- Fill a pitcher halfway with ice.
- Add the pomegranate juice, orange juice, and cranberry juice. Give it a stir.
- Drop in the berries and citrus slices – they make it look so fancy!
- Top off with sparkling water or soda to add that fizzy pop.
- Pour into glasses, garnish with a mint leaf, and enjoy!
This is perfect for football Sunday when you want something special in your glass. Plus, it’s loaded with antioxidants and vitamins, so it actually does a little good for you too!
