  • In this ninth episode of Executive HRD, the new podcast series from the University of Houston, we look at the importance of vulnerability in executive education, the connection between vulnerability and learning, and the different forms that vulnerability takes in the classroom and workplace.  We also look at how the program is designed to provide opportunities for students to explore being vulnerable with each other and with themselves.
