I am William Holland, the Founder and CEO of Bigger Picture Holdings LLC, a real estate investment company headquartered in Dallas, TX, that focuses on acquiring value-add multifamily properties.

I specialize in educating investors about the advantages of passively investing in commercial real estate through syndication. I was previously on Balfour Beatty's Pre-Construction team helping develop budgets for upcoming large residential and commercial projects totaling over $2 billion dollars. My first role in Balfour Beatty was managing over $20 million worth of construction planning, execution, and quality control on a 26-story skyscraper.

I have a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University. I enjoy playing basketball, cycling, camping, serving at church, and spending time with friends and family. The most important thing in my life is my relationship with Jesus and seeking to glorify God in all that I do.
