For this Drink Break we’re covering two very wonderful things that are sadly not a part of our life anymore: Field Trips and Toys “R” Us. We’re reminiscing on our best (and worst) field trips of our childhood.  Jess’s grade decided not to go to DC, while Kyle dueled it out on the streets of NYC!

Then, we’re remembering a now lost part of our childhoods: Toys “R” Us.  From window shopping to riding the ferris wheel in the NYC store, we have a lot of memories to look back on!

This episode was recommended by our listeners and is one of our FAVORITE movies!  We’re watching the (much to our surprise) poorly rated 1991 reimagining of Peter Pan: Hook! Or, as Jess calls it, Peter Pan, All Grown Up!

This movie has a lot to take in.  Robin Williams, Dustin Hoffman, Julia Roberts, Steven Spielberg and John Williams.  It features a robust, talented group of child actors, and expands the universe of a classic children’s fairytale.  But, will it be enough to age like wine?
