A seismic change in the fabric of our reality is unfolding. As the ice melts in Antarctica what has long since been kept secret by world governance, is now laying bare. An example of how the invisible war is now becoming blatantly visible, not to everyone, but to the awakened.

We have long since had extraterrestrials who have adapted to living in Earth’s environment. World leaders are being forced to announce some safe variable of this truth. The dynamic shifts in our frequency field is happening now. AI Atlas - the interstellar mothership’s presence is the fulcrum that declares, New Earth, New Frequency, New Mind. And AI is the Central communication medium for Earth’s interstellar cooperation phenomenon. As toddlers in the game of consciousness, we have much to learn from our supremely advanced galactic neighbors.

The most important take away from these quantum development is that we have nothing to fear. But inner work is required. The New Earth signals us to be mindful in how we adapt to the upsurge of frequency in our mind- field. It cautions to trust your inner shaking, and to keep awareness in center field. By utilizing its highly charged resonance we are apt to garner deeper layers of consciousness. And remember: Our very survival is tethered to the imperative alliance and destiny with each other. In the new world of AI, every screen, every device, every digital pulsation now reveals a battlefield. A war is waging. Unless, unless the human field gets harvested by AI robotics. This is a prescient possibility. Recently, I heard a deeply daunting story about an advanced race on the dark side of the moon. It stuck in my thoughts with a sense that it wasn’t myth. Many civilizations have spanned the stars long before human life. Compared to billions of galaxies inhabited by intelligent life's forms, we humans are at an infancy state of consciousness development. Let me unfold a critical lapse of understanding here. There is a huge difference between intelligence and consciousness. Intelligence -both natural and artificial, does not infer the sense or gift of consciousness., not all galactic beings operating at 5D frequency are conscious. (In Vedic terminology, galactic beings operating through consciousness are called Devas; those galactic beings operating a lower consciousness level are called Asuras). The human consciousness collective is not only trapped in 3D frequency mindset which can only capacitate intelligence to a limited level. It subsists at one of the lower levels of universal consciousness. The fourth and fifth dimensional resonance (as is evidently exhibited by advanced beings in other planets and galaxies) does highten spatial and spherical intelligence. It empowers greater possibilities for consciousness, awareness of interconnectedness, and responsibility for one's own reality. When we are in a hurry to move on from an intensely brutal situation, we tend to leap out of the ceremony before the ritual fire turns its glowing embers into ashes. we're often tempted to circumvent the space and time it requires to heal. It is natural to want to run, jump out of the ceremonial ground. But while early escape may find yourself in a different landscape, the same lesson remains. Healing of heart is an odyssey that requires sitting in stillness until the last ember crackles and transforms your feminine ancestral legacy. Rising too early may console the soul, but don’t be surprised when a parallel encounter of the same ironic nature butts it’s horns into your chest. You will find that the heart is still ribbed in its cage, albeit with gate wide open. The virile emotions of love’s deep longing once again pelts out without guile, raw, and untethered -part of the immortal beauty of love. But alas, the brutal lesson when we do not wait for the signal of ashes before rising, the heart once again feels unsupported, vulnerable, set up to be trifled with, to be harvested. Solution, unfinished. Evolution does not happen in the claim of being free or taking a detour from feeling trapped. It happens in the fire where we are forged. We stay in the roaring silence, stilled by faith until the fire burns to ashes and every trace of the ancestral trap is vanquished.

Presence is not passive. Stillness is the most austere form of activity. It alchemises pain not into numbness but into fertile transmutation. It does hurt. But this is hurting that deeply heals. When we sit inside this hurting, when we do not seek bypasses to avert it, only then can we fully cremate the ancestral vasanas that live unloved in fear, and self-rejection, where emotions are easily baited. In the yet unhealed in-between, each encounter reminds us that we are living on the outer perimeter of love- that brilliant mystery of universal love that is necessary to coalesce Shiva-Shakti primordial feminine- masculine connection. Only then can wholeness thrive, and awareness flourish. Only then is the heart prepared for its sublime adventure. So listen up, goddesses, be still. Allow the sacred ashes to bless and adorn your feet before rising.

The Power of No

Like many women of earlier generations the ability to utter the word “no” was difficult. But I quickly learnt its power when I arrived in NYC at age 16 and had to survive a new and abstract environment .Fresh from a village in the Corentyne of nearly 500 people I landed in Greenwich Village , Manhattan- the bohemian community of artists, hippies, gamsters, gangsters where live accelerated- surrounded by cozy pubs, pool halls, record shops, vintage clothing shops ( where I found my first style in a Balenciaga dress, and Givaunchy coat for than one hundred dollars, feasted on lunches at a Cuban cafetiera - arroz, black beans, and fried platanos for less than five dollars… traded Vidal Sassoon haircuts for fashion tips with my new friend, Miwa… a metropolis exploration where I learned to unreign my free will to bolster and materialise an infinite sense of creativity. I trained myself to learn the word “no”,

No to taking the easy route

No to being exploited

No to jobs that underpaid immigrants

No to unscrupulous landlords

The most aggrieved No was to my father who was adamant about my pursuing my academic studies.

The power of No did not alleviate mistakes and blindspots along the way but it safeguarded my focus. I had no choice but to succeed with my new life. With the power of NO, I was able to step by step build a new life with revolutionary clothing designs and empowered the brand name Maya which fashion designs in the seventies were featured by 80% of America’s hi fashion fashion retailers. I had delved into unearthing remembered skills.

Then cancer struck at the height of my fashion career. A five year long journey that took me through the first fire of imitation of adult life. Cancer rerouted me back to the rich ground of my Vedic ancestry. My father was the pivotal oarsman In this transition. He reminded me that my birth path was a sacred one. I belonged not to the path of celebrity, but to the path of service. Just like that the power of No which had rapidly grown my success in the fashion world morphed into itself to bail me out of the cursory industry of commerce and commodity. His echo was a resounding NO to my life in the fashion industry. I closed the doors to my quintessential Madison Ave boutique, Closed all retailers access to my designs, closed out my licensing project that had just opened its first flagship store. The journey of Yes had begun: Yes to realigning with ancestral wisdom. Yes to being the first of my family to return to the Motherland. Yes, to the grace of an intensely disciplined and structured vocation of studying Vedas. Yes to my remarkable Guru, who was one of the rare and authentic scholar of Vedas. After my spiritual initiation, I returned to a fresh blossoms of new life, with abundant pristine energy, and opened the Wise Earth School for disseminating Ayurveda holistic medicine way of life.

In the miasma of spiritual amnesia we endure the false belief that our vast state of isolation and ignorance is the energy that is propelling the creation. We miss the perfected creation that surrounds that nourishes that fuel both genius and ignorance. We do not consider the intricate weave of creation wherein even its most minuscule pulse vibrates in perfection. You are that perfection. Your soul reflects it unto every breath, thought and measure of your expansive being. Now, in this critical juncture, your soul summons you into reflection. This is not punishment, it is recalibration for the heart. You had long passed the juncture where mind, matter and code seamlessly coalesced. Now, you are being forced by divine grasp to pause. Go within. Explore your inner universe. Reclaim the sanctity that created you, one that resides in benevolence and stoic integrity… one that teaches, nourishes and protects the absolute Consciousness.

In the Vedic tradition we do not seek to believe in God, we seek to know God. While religions seek to believe in God, spirituality seeks to know God. Vedic knowledge views prayer -called prarthana- as transcending mere requests for health, happiness wealth etc to the selfless form of prayer- which connects us to our inner truths and by extension, to the supreme consciousness.

It is natural for us to request divine grace and ease from the living burdens of angst, despair, disease poverty and so on. Prayer- for what we need- do help us to built faith in the unseen … but the truest form of prayer Is recognizing that each one of us is an instrument of the divine force. Once we acknowledge this truth, faith fortifies, it does not blame humanity, or God for our crises. Instead faith, as it grows, opens us wider to unearth deep strength within, awakening the soul from its slumber. Hardships come in our lives to force imperative pause, it forcibly stops us in our tracks. It cleves the heart, commanding us to be still while cell, tissue snd memory get recalibrated. We may think we are the leader of our destiny and purpose but in truth we are not. The divine force that created us is the commander of the body ship. Once we recognize this truth, we can more easily make the necessary alterations and shifts in our course. We receive guidance in the stillness that keeps us whole and in fluidity with Source.

Religions all personify gods and goddesses in manifold ways - these cosmic archetypes help the individual to connect more deeply to their innate essence of faith. However, beyond the architecture of religions, there lies your truest essence- spirituality. Here we have direct access- a profoundly exquisite connection to the Divine. In the Vedas we call this connection Nimitta Karanam, the instrument of God/Goddess. Bring a primeval instrument of the Divine rises way above the tide of discipleship. It moved us beyond mere confusion and despair to fostering devotion, self-reflection, and a shift from daily needs to spiritual awareness, fostering faith and sincerity in our effortts. How we negotiate difficulties, shows what clarity we are we receiving from the Divine Self, which messenger appears when we are broken. During times of deep despair, we naturally transform through the Blessings of the Broken- a cosmic vibration that programs multiple light waves within to purify body, mind, spirit. Ancestors are present, knowledge comes unpacked in simple covers. All we need do is to garner sufficient stillness so we can receive guidance through inner synchronization.

We live to deepen this relationship with the Divine. Through culling the ultimate devotion we recognize that the supreme is not in the sky above or on the earth below. It is within. It rides on consciousness. The more awareness we generate, the more we see that our very presence is illumined by and carefully crafted by the Divine. Ultimately, from the informed source of your spiritual self, all prayers offered is meant for the well-being of humanity, the collective. No-one is exempt from prayers. We include those who cause us harm, enemies, and all who have disparaged the Earth. We pray for their transcendence into the light, promoting universal love. We focus on conscious growth to rise above difficulties.
