We caught up with Sir William at AZ Toy Pros on a Sunday afternoon MOD Day. It's always a good time getting to know someone wrenching on trucks and stuffing our faces with Mexican food. New Years Eve Eve and we gathered at AZ Toy Pros in Gilbert, AZ to ring in the shenanigans before the final countdown. Mark (@lmtl3ss_or) dropped in for a surprise visit so it turned into a party with Alex (@lrg_tree_01) , Ben (@aztoytech) and Steve (???) our mystery guest. HA! We met SCOTT at a "Keep Our Desert Clean" clean up event outside of Phoenix. We were quick to start in on the Yota v. Jeep shit talking. I knew we'd become fast friends! Scott is the Co-Owner of a new Portal start up called Portal Pros. Portal Pros makes portals for off road use. What is a portal you ask? Great question... tune in to find out!

Chris and I met up out in the desert between Phoenix & Tuscon tailgated a podcast. It was awesome! Chris drives a rad 3rd Gen Tacoma, TRD OR. He's enjoyed building his rig and wheeling it. Amanda drives an awesome black Toyota 4runner SR5 she lovingly named Captain Marvel... even though sh's not a big comic book fan. Ha! She is one the top members of a huge group called the AZ 4Runner Outsiders based right here in Arizona. We had a lot of fun chatting about Toyotas, solid axle swaps, The Outsiders and gettin it in her Runner! If you are a member of The Outsiders you probably know her. She is always at one their many off road runs and events that they put on throughout the year. It was great getting to know her a better and we can't wait to hit the trails with her soon... AZ Toy Pros is a Toyota service shop out of Mesa, Arizona run by Ben & Erick. Ben is a Toyota wizard and considered by many to be The Godfather of Toyota! He was a Toyota tech for many years, tired of the dealer life he started his own shop. Erick is the owner of State 48 Overland helping Toyota owners bring their adventure rigs to life with the aftermarket. Both of the dudes have extensive knowledge in their areas and bringing them together to make peoples dreams come true was inevitable. Alex drives a 1st Gen Toyota Sequoia! He's spent the last few years building it and just loving the hell out wheeling and camping in it! There were some challenges in getting the old girl equipped with best but, with a little help from some friends and the amazing people in the Toyota Community the rig is a beast! I was introduced to Alex at a Jeep event from our good buddy Mark. Alex was also at Overland Expo West where we really became friends.
