Quit eating this junk. Are bad foods silently sabotaging your health? 🚨 In this video, we break down what "bad food" really is and how it impacts your journey to reverse Type 2 diabetes.
🍩 What is bad food? Bad foods are high in sugar, high in fat, heavily processed—or all three. Examples include: Ready meals, microwave dinners, and boil-in-the-bag foods.
Foods that look nothing like their original form, such as potato chips (from potatoes) loaded with flavorings and preservatives.
🛑 High sugar foods: Avoid anything over 5% sugar and definitely steer clear of sweets and chocolates, which can be as much as 60% sugar!
🛑 High fat foods: Anything over 10% fat—especially those high in saturated fat, like pastries, pies, crisps, and cakes—should be avoided.
⚠️ It’s not easy, but it’s possible! Reversing Type 2 diabetes and improving your quality of life requires commitment. The good news? The longer you stick with healthy habits, the easier it becomes!
