  • I used to smoke?
    Sep 26 2022

Hello! I thought I would open up a bit and talk about my experience with quitting cigarettes when I was 19 and how I navigated the aftermath. I was quite a heavy smoker at the time and basically went cold turkey. I've never spoken about it online but thought a little ramble could help someone <3

Also, excuse the frog voice, I am getting over a cold :)

*Disclaimer* I am talking about my experience, I don't disrespect people who do smoke I chose to quit because it does not align with me.

(Part 2) I talked to my friend Luke a couple of months ago about his experiences through uni and starting creative projects despite studying for a Bachelor of Nursing. A little bit of a laugh and not too heavy if you want to listen to two friends having a chat. <3

In this episode, I talked to my friend Holly about her experience with uni, burnout, moving out with roommates, her current dating situation and her plans for the future as a fashion student! We cover a lot in this episode but it's just a chat between two friends so I hope you find some meaning in it all as we laugh along. <3

I had a lovely chat a few weeks ago with a fellow Media and Comms student from MQ Uni. Aaryan is a super inspiring and self-aware guy and he reached out to me in response to my previous episode 'saying yes'. Thanks to Aaryan for having a chat with me and I hope that you enjoy this episode!
