    Hi everyone, welcome back to the pod! I am happy you are here with me and taking the time to listen to what I have to chat about, very thankful to whoever you are. In today's episode, I share an event that has impacted my "why" on the topic of this topic. Realistically life is not that short, life is pretty long. Life is what you make of it and what you choose to do with it. I am always thinking go, go, go what is next? I never really take the time to just be present with the now. Which is good, but also can take you away from the beauty that life gives you. Anyways, I hope this episode can give you some sense of where I am coming from and to slow down and follow your gut not what others think you should do. Welcome back to the pod, in today's episode I talk about goals and whether we need them or not. hahaha, I know you probably already know the answer to that, but I explain the benefits and how we can change our mindset around goals. The word goal can be intimidating, it is a lot of pressure knowing that we need to make this happen or we feel like we failed. However, I think goals are not always going to be something we achieve, but a way of life that we can continue to grow and learn from. In my opinion, I love to have goals, but not a lot all at once...we do live once but we also have a lot of time to try things out. Anyways, I love this topic.   • How can we stop the negative self talk

    Hi everyone!! Hope all has been well for you guys. I again have taken a week off from publishing due to many factors, but no excuses. In this episode, I dive into how I and we as a whole can "stop" the negative self-talk we do every day. Negative self-talk is what keeps us from achieving the dreams and goals we aspire for ourselves and our families. I go into a couple of points that have helped me get out of the negative self talks to myself and I hope that you can try these tips as well. I am not perfect, every day I try to be better than the last but sometimes it can be hard due to life. It is normal. I am here to be real and to help you know that you are not alone.
