Celebrating its 10th anniversary, Powder River continues the adventures of the citizens of Clearmont, Wyoming, in the year 1884. In "Henry M. Teller Comes to Town", the people of Clearmont all pitch in to help Millie, who has fallen ill on the day a member of the administration arrives from Washington DC, plan a dinner for his entire entourage.
