The Savage Saints took everything, leaving me orphaned, my dad bleeding out in my arms. I couldn’t get away fast enough. I took their money - they owed me that much after everything they stole from me - and left to start a new life. Go to med school. Forget the past. So many reasons I shouldn’t...shall I count them? He’s my client - which should be reason enough to steer clear of Splitter, both because of ethics but also the fact that he’s in legal trouble. So that’s two things right there. Three, he’s the VP of the Savage Saints, a local motorcycle club. And those are just the strikes against him. The fact that I just ended a relationship - and made a big splash in the local news with the divorce - means that I should stay far, far away from relationships. But those eyes, that voice, the way he makes me feel....

Life couldn’t be better. Between running two high profile marketing campaigns, my star is on the rise. As a bonus, I’m excited about them both. After the motorcycle gang shootout, I’m happy to help the city let everyone know how they’re getting tough on crime. The other campaign is for a high end whiskey, which gets me out to stores and meeting people, which is my favorite part of the job. What I don’t expect is to meet BK, a high ranking member in one of the motorcycle clubs involved in the shootout.
