Something is wrong with Jerry Copperpot's world. For one thing, he just celebrated his 11th birthday...again! And Magicternia, the school where he studies card tricks and stage magic, is full of wacky characters with mostly British accents...which doesn't make sense either. After he finds a book in the school library about a boy sorcerer named Harvey Totter whose world strangely resembles his own, things get even weirder!

Join Jerry and his friends, Don ("It's Don, not Ron!") Weazer, and Persephone Stranger, as they embark on a quest beneath the school to find One-Eyed Willis, a missing rock guitarist, who may hold the key to saving the world from a strange phenomenon known as The Everything. Will they defeat the evil wizard Mulderscull and his motorcycle gang, the Dead Meaters? Can they survive getting past the Whomping Angels? Will Don get to play the sport of Quitt-Itch without breaking out in a rash? And just what are MIDI-Chondrians, and what are they doing inside of Jerry's cells?
