Contemporary Time Travel Fiction

Zwei Gangs, zwei Zeiten, zwei Welten und eine Chance. Ein Zeitreise-Thriller, erzählt in zwei miteinander verbundenen Zeitebenen: Esso, ein schwarzer Teenager aus Südlondon, ist zur falschen Zeit am falschen Ort. Aus dem Jahr 2062 ins mittelalterliche Irland - für Zeitreise-Studentin Alison sind solche Zeitsprünge nichts Ungewöhnliches. Ungewöhnlich ist jedoch, dass sie von der unbeteiligten Beobachterin zur Beobachteten wird. Gregor ist der Name jenes Mannes, der sie auf ihrem Streifzug durch die Zeit erspäht und kurzerhand gefangen nimmt. Er sieht in ihr die Chance, mehr über seine Zukunft und eine Prophezeiung zu erfahren, die er vor vielen Jahren in einem alten Buch entdeckt hat. Gefangen in einer düsteren Zeit voller Gefahren muss Alison entscheiden, ob sie ihrem Entführer vertrauen kann.

This story follows the adventure of an ordinary disabled veteran who gets immense power, based as lightning and plasma energies. He is recruited by the FBI and sent on many missions related to yesterday, today, and tomorrow’s issues, as well as a bit of space time too. These missions are now going through time and “picking up the pieces” as our hero encounters time travelers and villains from the future, past, and today and in space, too! This, in its awesome fashion, lets our "hero" show exactly what he can do with his many unique devices.

My name is Roy, but lately I have been going by the name Bolt. You see, recently I was struck by lightning while visiting a plasma energy facility. I was looking into a glass container full of plasma-induced energy to be used for future power sources. As I looked into the vat, lightning struck me and sent me crashing into the container. Bolt after bolt of lightning, drawn by the plasma, kept hitting me until all the plasma had been absorbed into my body.

Three-year-old Vangie is mute and unresponsive. She shows no interest in the people or world around her, much to the frustration of her callous foster parents. Little do they know, Vangie is otherwise occupied observing “ghosts”—an infinite number of versions of herself, in an infinite number of parallel universes. When a tornado hits their trailer and Vangie is severely injured, she makes a desperate leap into another timeline where she survives the tornado, but her foster parents do not.
