How did the first believers in Jesus know that the Gospel was true? Acts 17:11 says, "The Bereans…received the message with great eagerness and examined the Scriptures every day to see if what Paul said was true.” But which “Scriptures” were they examining? Paul was teaching at a Jewish synagogue, so the scriptures were the Tanakh, which we call the Old Testament. Thus, to be "true", everything Paul said had to agree with the Old Testament!

The First Book of Prayers is a book that God asked me to write. In it he wanted me to write out prayers to him. I didn’t know what it would look like when it was complete, but I obeyed. As I began to write it, I began to understand the purpose of the book more. This is a book of prayers for others to pray. It is also a deep glimpse into how I pray personally. It is my heart speaking to my heavenly father. Contained within are 60 prayers making various requests of the Living God.

The only true avatar man has ever known is Jesus Christ. Jesus is one hundred percent God and one hundred percent man, the only God-man. Many individuals are not aware that there is a God. I am here to tell you, there is truly a God. God found me broken, in pain, and fragile.
