A few years back, I was working long hours setting up new businesses. Although I tried to exercise regularly and ate well for the most part, my health was not where it should have been. I felt out of shape, drained, and run-down most of the time. I consulted with many friends who were doctors, nutritionists, and fitness experts, but was told time and again that “age cannot be reversed". Challenge accepted. And so came my inspiration to prove them all wrong, which led me on an incredible journey around the world for the secrets to a youthful life.

Kamakiuga Book Series is a collection of my scientific approach to nutritional health. My book series will entail new updated Paleo, Keto, Plant-based diets and exercise in each book edition series. The topics within the book will be new researched nutritional valued contents. The nutritional Paleo and plant-based foods and recipes are newly selected for each book. Moreover, you will always have Hawaiian and Samoan Polynesian foods in each and every book series
