Congress and the Constitution are under attack all around the world. Muzzled and muffled are the voices of virtue and reason under a medical face mask. All that remains is confusion, chaos, and COVID.

During my Scholarly Writing course in law school over the summer (2021), I was "free-writing" on this topic to see if this would be my topic for my paper—instead, I had a conversation with myself, and this is the end result!

"La Déclaration des droits de l'homme et du citoyen" est adoptée le 26 août 1789 par l'Assemblée nationale, constituée deux mois plus tôt. Malcolm X was a widely known African American Muslim minister and civil liberties leader at the time of the civil liberties movement. He was an enthusiastic supporter for Black emancipation and the big promotion of Islam within the Black community till 1964, when he ended up being the Country of Islam's spokesperson. Following his dad's death and his mom's institutionalization, Malcolm spent his teenage years in a series of foster families or with loved ones. He took part in some unlawful acts before being sentenced to 10 years in jail for larceny and breaking and going into in 1946.

Some people say that someone could act in a racist manner because of ignorance. Others say that racist people are being persuaded by others or copying others' behavior. However, none of this tells us how racism began or if we can get to the root cause. Racism is the assumption that one human race is superior to another. The intrinsic biological features of a person predetermine the social and moral features of the human.

Between 1929 and 1974, more than 7,600 North Carolinians were sterilized, sometimes without informed consent and frequently under coercion. The victims, poor men and women from around the state, were never compensated for losing the ability to conceive children. Nearly 40 years later, during a rancorous 2013 legislative session in which severe restrictions on abortion, voting rights and funding for public education were passed, the state got another chance to right one of its most shameful acts.

We, the people of the United States of America, are at a crossroads. Our nation, our government, our economy, our constitution, our lives, and our future is in great jeopardy and on the verge of collapse and destruction. As one born a citizen, it is my right and my duty to stand up against the corruption. I hope I am not too late in my presentation for a better world order based upon true constitutional principles that ensures rights to all of mankind.

Sabine Heinlein spent almost a year reporting at "The Farm", a program for mental patients at the notorious Creedmoor Psychiatric Center in Queens. Originally designed to teach its "members" confidence and skills by caring for animals and plants, the Farm had long become a dysfunctional hoarder's den. The patients sat idly on chairs in a grimy dayroom filled with the therapist's "collectibles" and garbage.

A lot of people are not happy with politics. In many family gatherings, politics (and religion) are often frowned upon during conversation, and is usually the cause of much heated debate, incensed arguments, and possible disfellowshiping. But even if the topic of politics is taboo, we all agree that it's an important part of our every day lives. Everything we do, everything we buy, everything we wish to avoid has to do with politics.

Ist es nicht erschreckend, dass man sich nicht einmal in Gedanken dem Traum eines bedingungslosen Grundeinkommens hingeben kann, ohne sich selbst einen Fantasten zu schimpfen? Wie aber soll dieses "Menschenrecht" jemals Wirklichkeit werden, wenn wir uns schon den Gedanken an dieses Grundrecht verwehren?
