Inspirational Fiction Mystery

Set in the 1960s through 1970s, this coming of age story, is a whimsical drama about a little black girl named Paula Marshall. She's an average quirky kid, growing up in rural Texas, feeling lonely most of the time. The storm cellar of her parents' rooming house is her hideaway, but once Cora shows up, she'll have to fight for her space and peace of mind.

A brotherhood of angels prepares for battle, tears are shed in heaven, and fire leaps from the holy altar. Thus the stage is set, a showdown looming that will decide the course of a man's soul and with it, all of humanity.

This is the story of a young girl whose mother has died. Returning to her in a hailstorm of light for night passage, the mother takes her daughter on a journey to find the Key to Heaven. Traveling to the Dead Sea, she meets with the prophets of old to pick up pieces of this key before she meets the one who holds the final key, Our Lord Jesus Christ.
