What was happening to our country? There were a lot of people just like me. We were faces in our windows, looking out, wondering what in the world was going on. We have some evil giants trying to stomp us down, and they are trying to turn our country into something we cannot accept. These giants were systematically forcing terrible things on the population to be accepted as normal and good. God is love but He is not just soft mushy quiet love. God has a temper, and He has displayed it in His word. The scolding poems (the face in the window poems) came to me in basically a complete form.

This is a collection of poems that we have written inspired by our personal experiences, while our minds have wandered in and out of the darker realms of addiction and confinement and the appreciations of life's more beautiful things that too many take for granted.

The Tender Herb is based on Deuteronomy 32:2-3. It speaks of the Lord dropping words of his doctrine "as the small rain upon the tender herb and as the showers upon the grass." This scripture has such a beautiful connotation upon all our senses. Visually, we can imagine the lightness of a spring shower as the tender buds begin to grow. Concurrently, it's the Lord's message of love to our hearts with gentleness, taking care not to break or bruise our faith in him.

Wing Over Wing clears a path in the midst of everyday life to reveal the holy—whether catching fireflies at night, waiting at a bus stop, or experiencing the death of a loved one. Christine and the Queens - Is a very popular French lady artist, singer and creator of the band, Christine and the Queens. She is vogue right now and famous for her innovative style both in the UK, USA, and wider world. I have written this poem as a kind of homage to her work and to understand her unusual tone of writing.

The poems written in this book were composed in over 20 different countries & different cities including Australia, Bali, Brooklyn, Budapest, Colombia, Cyprus, Greece, India, Israel, Istanbul, Los Angeles, Madagascar, Miami, New Zealand, Oklahoma, Portugal, Romania, Sydney, Tbilisi, Thailand, & The Hamptons & Ukraine. I left a piece of my heart in each one of these places that I visited along with leaving a piece of my heart, with every one of those amazing souls that I met & connected with along the way, a lot of who I still know to this day.
