As the title suggests, Influential Internal Communication proves just how influential internal communications (IC) is, and the measurable impact it has on an organization's growth. For many organizations, IC often slips down the list of priorities when there are high pressure, high stakes business situations to cope with.

We tend to think of creativity as a totally personal internal game. It’s not. And, we don’t give enough credence to the external forces that influence our creative lives. I will not be talking about how to be creative or more creative. But I will be talking about change, culture, choices, comparison, and your capabilities. My hope in writing this book is that you will discover, accept, and manage the internal and external factors that affect your creativity so that you can fulfill your creative destiny.
