Leadership Philosophy

Leadership is about inspiring the heart and minds of people to be their best and do what needs to be done (even when they do not want to). A title does not make a leader, and while we have many managers or people with titles, we often lack leadership in our organizations or businesses. I wanted to write a simple overview of those things that managers can do to elevate themselves as a leader. Leadership and management are different, but both are necessary for your business to be successful; however, for any organization to be successful, particularly in times of uncertainty.
