Our lands are fractured. They have been split into three since before my birth, but they were not always this way. Once, we prospered, magic filling our lands before it was locked away with them: the monsters. Now we suffer and starve even as our king grows stronger and richer. Her father, a renowned blacksmith, has been murdered and she needs help finding out who did the deed. With no other leads on how we’ll find our way to dispense justice to the ones responsible for my best friend’s death, we agree to help her.
