I want to take you on a journey of what anger is and how to conquer it or use it for good. Everyone has their own beliefs about what anger is and if it's good or bad. For 20 years of my life, I lived in fear, and that caused me to feel angry about my life. I was hanging around angry people, and I felt like I had no control. I worked out that most people who are depressed have repressed anger inside, and that's why they feel that way.

Since the deployment of the first atomic weapons, people everywhere have lived with the possibility that everything they hold dear - their lives, their families, their careers and even the human species itself - could be extinguished in a few moments of devastation. Such consequences would be so overwhelming that, formany, the only defense is a hope it will never happen....
