Motivational For Woman

As a woman and mom myself, I get it! Life is busy and fun and fulfilling and stressful and joyful and so very much more. I’m also a therapist, so I get the background behind a lot of the patterns many of us fall into in our everyday lives as well. In the following chapters, I'll share some of my own stories, as well as helpful pointers and tips you can use to help you in your daily life. I’ve also included themes I hear a lot in my private practice therapy sessions, as I feel like these are often very relevant outside of the therapy room too.
