Kurtyka: The Art of Freedom won the Banff Mountain Book Competition and National Outdoor Book Awards in 2017. It's the first biography of Wojciech Kurtyka - a famous Himalayan mountaineer and laureate of the Piolet d'Or for the sum of his climbing accomplishments.
