Nuclear North

The 2020 Commission Report on the North Korean Nuclear Attacks Against the United States is an exciting piece of "speculative fiction." The novel posits that there was a nuclear attack against the US on March 21, 2020 by North Korea, and that a national bipartisan commission was created to investigate what and how it happened. It's pretty scary stuff.

North Korea would be horrific enough if it was a fictional place, but its nuclear weapons program is all too real. Meanwhile, rumors regarding Iran's nuclear capabilities have understandably left many nations on the edges of their seats. Experts insist that the Iranian propaganda program is chiefly responsible for entrenching into its masses a resentment of the West, unlike North Korea, which proudly walls itself off from the rest of civilization.

Arguing that North Korea is little more than a carefully constructed Chinese puppet state, the author looks into the heart of this "rogue nation" and finds the Chinese behind much of the terrorism and nuclear weapons manufacturing on the Korean peninsula.

The Devil's Light tells the story of an al-Qaida operative named Amer al-Zaroor, who, on orders from Osama bin Laden, directs the theft of a nuclear weapon from the Pakistani military, and then transports it toward its intended target, Israel. Meanwhile, bin Laden announces to the world that he will make a major terrorist strike on the tenth anniversary of 9/11....

In mid-2017, President Donald Trump let Kim Jong-un know that if his threats continued they would be met with “fire and fury the likes the world has never seen”. The scorching tweet went viral immediately. In response, the North Korean leader detonated a 100-kiloton hydrogen bomb, a successful test of a nuclear device which would be mounted on future missiles.
