Companion gardening is just planting certain plants together because they will help each other grow and become healthier. It is said that companion gardening is even better than using fertilizers or artificial ways of letting plants grow because the plants can benefit from each other and it's all a natural process.

Fruits and vegetables can be pricey, especially if they’re out of season. And, of course, they can be even more expensive if you choose to go organic. You could always plant your own garden, but, maybe, you don’t have enough space outside or, maybe, you live in a colder climate. Unfortunately, not everyone lives where they can plant an outdoor garden. The alternative is to set up an indoor hydroponic system.

Before there even was modern era medications and its pharmacopoeia of artificial medications, there were medicinal plants. Prehistoric civilizations have widely used them for the strategic treatment of common illnesses as well as life-threatening ailments. More recently, the information about medicinal plants was handed over from one generation to the next.

When it comes to our health, more and more people want to take it into their own hands. In this modern day and age, where medicine has become an industry and people don't trust drugs that haven't fully been tested, it is comforting to go back to our roots in nature and consider the healing benefits of herbs.
