Few institutions have been more ingeniously designed than the U.S. federal government via the Constitution in 1787. This auspicious beginning more than two centuries ago helps explain why the U.S. remains a magnet for opportunity seekers, students, entrepreneurs, dissidents, and persecuted believers. Yet for decades now, America’s federal government has been underperforming. In an era of substantial political fermentation and debate, rediscovering and re-applying American Republicanism represents the best path forward for the United States.

The Tea Party movement is the most dynamic and powerful grassroots political movement witnessed by modern-day America. It arose spontaneously—and in the nick of time—to save this country from an advancing, fatal drift away from self-government, liberty, and the promise of greater prosperity for future generations.

Donald J. Trump, like or hate him, is the president of the United States. There is no other political figure in recent memory that has been so polarizing. Despite this, he has accomplished so much in so short a time for America. Trump is already a consequential president in American history. He is the first US president to meet with a North Korean dictator. He is the first president to attend the March for Life. Under his administration, we have experienced the lowest Black and Latino unemployment. Women have experienced the lowest unemployment rate in 50 years.
