Unfortunately, most people don't know why they hate public speaking; a lot of people don't know why they feel fearful and negative about it. If you don't have a clue, I will state your possible fears. I bet you have heard of the famous saying "conquer your fears". If only it were easy to achieve, but it's okay. You have to do something about it, and listening to this book is a good start. It tells me you are ready to learn and become a new version of yourself.

In the 1930s, they were all caught up in an effort to describe America in a series of guidebooks and life histories.
