Adela Bess is a recent graduate in the field of psychology. She has an interview to work with the prominent doctor, Ferris Hoover. She has heard nothing but great things about him. However, the hospital is in shambles and the patients are in poor condition. The plan is for Ms. Bess to work side-by-side with Dr. Hoover, assisting him in his psychiatric work throughout Miami. In the meantime, Adela will be hiding some secrets about her own mental health. Can she keep her paranoia and delusions at bay in order to help all of the patients in need?

Andrew is married with children. He finds himself fighting for his life in a maximum state mental institute. He will try to prove his sanity so that he can make it home to his family. Meanwhile, his brain is sending him into bouts of a deep psychosis. He will have to fight through the pills and injections to come back to sanity and clarity. He will find his way to the most dangerous criminal in the facility.
