Every one of us regardless of our background will experience some form of brokenness in our lives. We may pass through this phase of life either at the early stages, middle stages, or the later part of our lives. Brokenness is a subject everyone can relate to in his life time, it is part of life.

You may even see a bit of yourself in the characters of the story, but they are actually fashioned after my own family. After suffering a great loss, the characters in the story have to leave the home they love and everything familiar as they begin a new life, in a new place.

Nidhi Zak/Aria Eipe's spellbinding debut poetry collection explores love and the wounds it makes. This is an audiobook of poetry that had its origins almost 20 years ago. Largely tongue-in-cheek, humorous, lyrical, formal, and free, I have tried to preserve the youthful exuberance characteristic of those early years, while reworking some of it for dignity's sake.
