Everyone’s life is a story. A story of a journey through joy and sadness, winning and losing, good health and illness, love and hate. The challenge is to navigate through life and to remain the person you were meant to be. To embrace life with all its joys and problems and to make it a source for goodness, love, beauty, and happiness for yourself and for others.

Suppose a group of superintelligent aliens came to earth. Or suppose that humans developed some advanced A.I. that’s far beyond our mental and physical abilities. If we could somehow communicate with these beings, what might we say to them? We might be too scared to say anything. We might just run and hide. But if we could manage our fear enough to say something, we can imagine some possible scenarios.

Gibran Jalil Gibran (Yibran Jalil Yibran ibn Mija'il ibn Sa'd era su nombre completo en árabe) fue un poeta, pintor, novelista y ensayista libanés. From the day that you are born into this world, you start to experience what life throws at you. For some of us, it is largely a pleasant experience. For other people, however, it is a different story. As I spend each day of my life, I reflect on what I have seen, heard, and felt. I see the evils that people do. Some of these things have caused me to ask myself so many questions, to which I know, of course, I have no answers. A lot of the things that I have seen in life makes my heart ache. I have always thought of a way to express my thoughts. Pages of My Heart, is a collection of these thoughts put together into poetry.

Epistemology: Poetic Expressions of Epistemological Thought is a collection of poetry created to generate mental stimuli. Dissected into four categories, each section is viewed through a different lens with the same purpose. Each section draws from the poem “Epistemology” which is the poem that started this collection.
