La Révolution française est la période de l'histoire de France comprise entre l'ouverture des États généraux, le 5 mai 1789, et le coup d'État du 18 brumaire de Napoléon Bonaparte, le 9 novembre 1799. Vladimir Ilyich Ulyanov (1870-1924) is better known by his alias Lenin. A Russian revolutionary, politician, and political theorist, he served as the head of government of Soviet Russia from 1917 to 1924 and of the Soviet Union from 1922 to 1924. Under his administration, Russia became the Soviet Union, a one-party state governed by the Communist Party.
