FEAT DESCTimeo es uno de los diálogos filosóficos más destacados escritos por Platón. En esta obra, aborda cuestiones cosmogónicas y teológicas al intentar explicar el origen y la estructura del universo. El diálogo comienza con una discusión sobre la naturaleza de la realidad y la necesidad de encontrar una explicación racional para la existencia ordenada y armoniosa del cosmos. A través de la figura de Timeo de Locres, se presenta una cosmología que postula la existencia de un demiurgo, un artesano divino, que utiliza formas eternas o "ideas" para dar forma y orden al caos primordial.
