Self Help Growth

I have a unicorn for a pet. She’s my best friend. We do many cool things together - eating breakfast, racing across the meadow, then sliding down the rainbow, and a lot more.... But most importantly, my unicorn is very wise and smart and often sits with me for hours to talk about important things. Recently she taught me that I’m not only growing up with a bigger body, but I also need to grow my heart and soul.... She explained and encouraged me to develop a growth mindset, and how challenges makes me stronger.

There is one thing that is common to every individual, relationship, team, family, organization, nation, economy, and civilization throughout the world - one thing which, if removed will destroy the most powerful government, the most successful business, the most thriving economy, the most influential leadership, the greatest friendship, the strongest character, the deepest love.
