This is a story about the modest wishes of a chicken called Cory. Cory is lonely, and his only wish is that his mother gives birth to a brother. Cory tries in every way to achieve his desire. He goes into deep woods at the fairy’s house, in Laponia, to see Santa Claus and eventually, he turns to God.
