It is the idea that everything in the Universe happens at "just the right moment" without you having any control over it. There are many missing links when it comes to law of attraction teachings. And one of the biggest ones is knowing how to close the gap between where you are and where you want to be. And even if you can't see a way out of your current reality, there is one.

"Transactional Analysis in Psychotherapy" by Eric Berne is a seminal text that delves into the intricacies of human interaction and communication through the lens of transactional analysis (TA). Published in 1961, this book presents TA not just as a theory but as a practical method of therapy, offering insights into the dynamics of human behavior. Berne introduces concepts such as ego states, which categorize communication and behavior into parent-like, child-like, or adult-like forms, and "strokes," which are units of interpersonal recognition.

In 1927, as a twenty-three-year-old postgraduate scholar in Paris, Joseph Campbell first encountered James Joyce’s Ulysses. Known for being praised and for kicking up controversy (including an obscenity trial in the United States in 1920), the novel left Campbell both intrigued and confused, as it had many others. Because he was in Paris, he was able to visit the Shakespeare & Company bookstore - the outpost of the original publisher of Ulysses, Sylvia Beach. She gave him “clues” for reading Ulysses, and that, Campbell attested, changed his career.

When this book was published in 1921, Elsie Lincoln Benedict's How to Analyze People on Sight was received as a serious scientific work of analytic sociology, but fast forward 90 years and the same words ring hilariously. Apparently well intended at the time, the book appears to invent the very notion of stereotyping.
