Spiritual Church

The call upon God's people has always been to live as a demonstration of his gospel as well as to declare his gospel message to the world around us. A lack of understanding about walking in a culture of discipleship among God's people seriously hinders that call. It results in people self-identifying as Christians but not following Jesus or seeking to live according to his commands. Therefore, we need a revolution of discipleship among his people.

According to one song, “today is only yesterday’s tomorrow” - which means that tomorrow starts today! But we aren’t going to see our future by looking at the past. Yes, we need to celebrate and honor what has brought us to where we are. However, it will not be enough to get us to what God has in store. We need to let go of the old to receive the new.

The principal crime of the human race, the highest guilt charged upon the world, the whole procuring cause of judgment, is idolatry. Do you inquire whom he has slain? If it contributes ought to the aggravation of the indictment, no stranger nor personal enemy, but his own self. By what snares? Those of his error. By what weapon? The offense done to God. By how many blows? As many as are his idolatries.

This short book is a description of the vision the Lord gave me about what is messing with the churches and ministries in America and why they can't seem to change. If I'm right, this is a horrifying state of things - far worse than anyone knows and far more hopeless. This is not about deliverance or about fighting Satan. This is about what God himself has done to us because of our disobedience.
