In Success, not only did I seek to discover what motivates high achievers, but I also dug for the philosophies that lead to success. During these interviews, I asked uncomfortable questions that led to answers that often surprised even the athletes being interviewed, because it is the subconscious mind that drives most ambitious people to achieve.
