John, den diese Apokalypse im Klondike National Park erwischt, schafft es, sich aus dem Nationalpark herauszukämpfen und Whitehorse zu erreichen.

John wollte lediglich im Kluane National Park am Wochenende ausspannen. Wandern, zelten, ausruhen. Stattdessen endet die Welt in einer Reihe blauer Textfelder. Tiere verändern sich, Monster erscheinen, und er erhält Charakterwerte und irre Fertigkeiten. Jetzt muss er die Apokalypse überleben und in die Zivilisation zurückkehren, ohne dabei durchzudrehen. Das System ist da – und damit auch Aliens, Monster und eine Realität, die sowohl an alte Legenden als auch an Videospiele erinnert.
