Teen Alien

After getting kidnapped by giant alien bees, 12-year-old Jason Anderson arrives at a spaceship called SpaceHive. There, he learns of a horrifying plot to annihilate Earth's human population so that the extraterrestrial bees can migrate to a new world. As a swarm of spaceships make a beeline toward Earth, Jason must convince three friendly worker bees to help him escape his space prison and find other humans to help stop the invasion. But General Vard, wasp commander of the Black Watch, has other plans.

The children's new families teach them how to harness the full capacity of their minds, enabling them to defy the laws of physics and develop special mental abilities. The past returns to haunt them as the Aruk plot revenge and regain control of their former captives.

Ledmin is based around a kid named Owen who lives in his car, and falls in love with a grocery store cashier who is not real. Owen is unaware he's a part of a human simulation project on Earth, organized by his extraterrestrial parents, in an attempt to capture a rare penguin named Peppermint Ledmin, whom they desperately seek. Owen, along the way, makes an effort to break the simulation to help rescue and protect this uncommon treasure. Owen's courageous act puts himself, his soulmate, the universe, and his new mini arctic friend in jeopardy.
