マユコさんは東京に出て来て間もなく、不思議な体験に見舞われている。
地方出身のマユコさんはいつまでも東京の人の多さに慣れないでいた。
一度目は仕事の昼休みに買い物に出た時、信号待ちをしているとすぐ背後に誰かが立った。気配で知っている人だと思ったが、人混みに紛れて誰かは確かめられなかった。 二度目はその日の帰り、帰宅ラッシュの満員電車の車内。やはりすぐ後ろに知り合いの気配を感じるのだが...。©2020 Wataru shirotani
