「本当にか 前編」(26分)
めぐみさんがまだ離婚して間もない頃、幼い子供二人を養うためにヘアメイクと画商という二足のわらじでてんてこまいだった時の話である。
画商の仕事は全国で繋がりのある画廊に出向き作家の絵の展示や販売を行う。何年もすると各地に定宿や、行きつけの店ができるわけだが、その年はタイミングが悪かったのか新潟の定宿があいにく満室。画廊の入っているデパートにどこかいい宿はないだろうかと相談すると一ヵ所付き合いのあるホテルを紹介してくれたそうだ。
当日チェックインしてみると案内されたのは4階の角部屋。入ってみると五角形の大きな間取り、一人だというのにベッドは二つ、おまけに部屋の中央には太い柱が貫いており、部屋の古さに不釣り合いな豪華な応接セット...。
