nothing particularly to do with BPD. it is more a chapter, not a book. lacking context.

Wasn’t worth my credit
It was fine but rather general information for such a broad deep topic such as BPD. It felt more like an infomercial than a human approach .

Very basic and no benefit
Very basic book just telling you to have a good night sleep and eat fresh fruits and vegetable!
