One Christmas Eve, he is visited by the spirit of his former business partner, Jacob Marley, with a dire warning. Determined to make Scrooge see the errors of his ways, the ghosts of Christmas Past, Christmas Present, and Christmas Yet to Come soon follow. One by one, the spirits show Scrooge how he has touched the world and the people around him. In the process, the miserly old man realizes his callous treatment of his underpaid clerk Bob Cratchit and how it has further jeopardized the precarious health of his youngest son, Tiny Tim. On Christmas morning, Ebenezer Scrooge awakens and becomes a more generous and loving man.

So enjoyed Hugh grant’s perfect voice, timing, and understanding of this famous book. Even though I’ve seen and read it a hundred times, this one had me in tears. A perfect experience

Wonderful version

The story is absolutely timeless, a true joy to visit or revisit during the holidays . Hugh Grant is completely charming in his narration. I couldn't recommend this listen highly enough.
