Sharee Samuels was 17 and 256 pounds when she hit her rock bottom. Great!

For the most part, this book was great. It was captivating, interesting and provided some great suggestions and made me feel like I wasn't alone. The only thing I didn't like was the idea that we HAVE to eat to lose weight. I'm a strong believer in Intermittent fasting and know that we don't HAVE to eat to lose weight. I think weight loss is more that what she talks about but it's a good book to restore some motivation you may have lost.
