Basically just verbal porn and REDUNDANT after book 1
I saw a comment that this book should be read before “book 2” in the series. SIGH. This is the same story as book 1 (entire repetition) with some added storylines from Hades’ timeline. I did this one immediately after the first book and found it EXTREMELY REDUNDANT. Lastly, it’s mostly just sex. Tiring after a while because it’s literally the SAME experiences as the first book.
I haven’t done book 2 yet but my advice would be to come back to this when you want more from the characters later in the series.

Love the story, hate the narration
Terrible narrator. He is incapable of emitting any emotion in his reading, and is terrible at conveying any sensuality.

Amazing
I throughly enjoyed this book. Perfectly steamy and romantic and it showed everything we missed in the first book. I can’t wait for the rest of the series.

love this story.
I really love this story love that it's not all the same as first book you get a whole different story. I'm not totally in love with the reader but it could possibly be because I was use to how the characters spunder through a females voice and it just didn't sound the same... idk but definitely worth a listen it adds more to the story!

Written Lore Olympus
Game of Fate by Scarlett’s St Clair
Is WEBTOON in words.
I found this book and author by complete accident. The author came up in a TikTok and as I dove deeper into their works I found the Hades x Persephone Saga, and specifically a reworking from Hades view point.
It was interesting and very entertaining. With excellent sex scenes. Lots of female pleasure, finding power and coming into one’s own from true support and not manipulative trauma.
The only thing is it was almost the same as Lore Olympus. I don’t dislike it, as a result. Just question the copyright. But one does sort of know where it might go, 1 because one knows the story of Hades and Persephone and 2 because it follows a lot of Lore Olympus key plot points.
Any which way it’s a fast and easy read that I could continue if one wishes or leave it as one book because it has a nice satisfying ending.
This book is for anyone that enjoys steamy romances, Greek mythologies and retellings.

Narrator is awful for this genre
I listened to this book after the touch of darkness series and it was interesting to listen to the other side of the story. This book was free when I listened to it and after listening I would not pay to listen to the other two. The narrator is very monotone and has minimal inflections in his voice so I would never pay to just hear the story. When listening to smut or romance the narrator needs to not be a robot as it completely ruined the book for me. If there is ever a different narrator I would consider purchasing the next two.

Feeling breathless
A very different POV and well worth it…a lot heavier on the spice, may not be for everyone…

Better than the first
These are facts, Hades is a compelling god. The darkness and mystery that he exudes pull me into the story. I find this book interested me more than Touch of Darkness. The world building and character development are better than the first book. I like to see the motivations for characters actions from another perspective. This book has renewed my interest to see what happens to Persephone and Hades in the next book.

Hades perspective filled in gaps I didn't know were there in A Touch of Darkness
I'm not usually a fan of a alternate POV book. this one will be my exception. This one fill the gaps I didn't even notice were missing from A Touch of Darkness. I do feel like books like this could just alternate chapters for a multiple POV. I enjoyed the Hades perspective.

Like looking behind the curtain
The Hades Saga was like seeing behind the curtain getting to know him better. And understand him
