Not bad

This series is about Hadley, who helps her twin brother Paul (the local deputy) solve a variety of crimes in a small town, along with her best friend Suze and old friend Luke. Along the way there are some cats that enter the story, who are delightful. I have to admit that I wasn't very invested in the characters for this portion of the series, but at book 4 the narrator settled in and I started to care about the characters and what happened to them, especially the kitties. All in all a relaxing listen.
