Good story and intrigue, hot scenes.
I really enjoyed this second chance, lost love romance with a bunch of intrigue.
There were some editing issues.
“I filled my air with lungs,🫁 feeling my chest stretch."
This pulled me right out of the story because I was laughing so hard.
Great narration!

Surprisingly good mystery romance
I was pleasantly surprised by this book, I don’t know what I expected but this actually is better than some of the paid books that I’ve read. This book it was a combination of nostalgic romance but then they added a mystery ...two actually. I honestly did not guess who the person was until they figured it out I don’t know why I never guessed, it was obvious afterwards, but I guess I kind of sensed something after a conversation (I won’t say which one cause I don’t wanna spoil it for the rest of y’all) but...
This book has romance, it has mystery, it has murder, it has sadness and then of course, it has the sexy parts but all in all amazing job. Greg Boudreaux’s narration was fantastic in this.
I was gonna take a point off because I felt we needed more of a wrap-up when it came to the Johnny incident rather than the little snippet we got in the epilogue. I would’ve loved to hear that he got brought down somehow and that it was splashed all over the news what was happening and what actually happened with his ex-wives, so I was kind of disappointed by that aspect, but I guess the main focus was the romance and then it was topped off by the double mystery.
